Beginner Classes

Structured classes going through the basics of safety, learn about different types of glass, tools, techniques, how to cut glass and glass fusing in a kiln,.

We will make various pieces across a term, learning and applying different techniques to each item, from strip and circle cutting to utilising stencils to applying powdered glass. 

Possible items to make include window and wall panels, wind chimes and decorations, pocket vases, platters and bowls and 3D work. 

If you have an idea, we will try to make it come to fruition.

Maximum of 4 students per class with 3 hours per class.
